“Thank you for providing so much useful information!  (I use a phone script from one of the Ultimate Phone Expertise training modules).  I love the technique of putting the customer on hold to check inventory.  Next, get back on and request their information.  Then, ask when would they like to come see it without giving them any information other than, we have it.  It actually worked!  So well that I took a deposit $ over the phone.   Bonus:  I now answer incoming calls with “new and pre-owned RV information,” and it starts the conversation off much better."
