Meet Brett W. Coker

Brett Coker has over 35 years of successful car dealership and consulting experience in all areas of dealership operations, with both domestic and import franchises.

Brett developed numerous consulting programs for major manufacturers, as well as consulting services for hundreds of dealerships in the U.S. and Canada. Brett continues to perform workshops, seminars, 20 Group meetings and has written numerous industry articles. He has also created over 100 training videos specifically for service advisors, service writers and service managers.

Brett has CMC accreditation with the Institute of Management Consultants, attended the NADA Dealer Candidate Academy, and is the certified “Train the Trainer” with the Outside Services and Consulting (OSC) division.
